Nets & Field Lining

Goals & Nets:
Goals must be secured by sand bags at all times.  Individual teams are responsible for the set-up and take-down of nets and corner flags. Nets must be returned immediately after the game by the team responsible for take-down so the nets are available for games the next day. (See League schedules for assignments)

Field Lining:
Initial lining is done by ASA or the city prior to the start of each season. Home teams scheduled for net set-up are responsible for ensuring that their field is mowed and lined in accordance with individual League (WAGS, ODSL, NCSL) rules. Paint and lining equipment is kept with the nets. Call ahead to netkeeper to confirm paint supply.

Field Conditions: If anyone notices any problem with the field condition (long grass, fading paint, etc.), contact Todd Carroll (todd.a.carroll@navy.mil).  We have the work with the City of Alexandria to get the grass cut or lines repainted.  Todd will report to the City and get the issues resolved.
