Alexandria Atletico U13 Boys took second place in the fourth division of the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) this fall with a record of
6-1-2.  After Atletico’s only loss of the season in their second game, the boys played fantastic team defense giving up only 7 goals over the
next 7 games.   For the season the team scored 25 goals, while allowing 15.  It was a great season for Diego, Erik, Yecson, Dylan, Max, Tom,
Mclean, Elvis, Nick, Levis, Page, Jackson, Isiah, Joey, Cooper, Jack and Miles.

Coached by Tom Hamblett, Atletico has steadily moved up NCSL Divisions. Atletico started in division 5 in Spring of 2011 and moved to division 4 this fall and because of this year’s second place finish will move to Division 3 next spring.  In addition to the NCSL season, Atletico is
planning for two pre-season tournaments: Triangle Friendlies, 28 & 29 January in Fayetteville NC and Liberty Cup Invitational, 24-25 March
2012 in Fairfax.  With the additions of Asher and Felipe, Atletico is looking to kick off 2012 with the same success it saw in 2011.
